When we receive your order we contact your optician to verify your prescription - this is standard practice - we do it hundreds of times each week and it's nothing to worry about! Simply complete the secure order form and we'll take care of everything for you!

If you would prefer us not to contact your optician you can send a copy of your contact lens prescription directly to us. Your optician is obliged by regulations to give you a copy of your contact lens prescription. This is a sheet of paper showing the name and specification of the contact lenses that you wear and the date of the prescription. Just write 'Faxing' in the 'Optometrists Details' section of our secure order form and fax your prescription directly to us at:
