RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
We
can only provide exchanges within 28 days of order date. The following
conditions apply:
(1) The product must be returned UNOPENED and in good resale condition.
Unfortunately the manufacturers will not exchange any boxes that are
opened or damaged.
(2)
There will be a handling and administration fee of £15 plus a
charge for any postage incurred.
(3) Due to operational and product safety and hygiene
reasons, we cannot facilitate customers who wish to 'try on' different
coloured lenses and then return them to us if the colour does not suit.
Therefore coloured contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged under
any circumstances. We can also only provide
a maximum of one exchange per order for all lenses.
(4) If the lenses are being exchanged for more expensive
lenses or a larger quantity of lenses, you will be charged the difference
in price between the quantity of the new lenses ordered and the old
lenses returned.

Please e-mail
us in advance to request exchange approval and the correct exchange
address for your product BEFORE sending any goods back. Please quote
your order number in your e-mail.
